What materials are used for the games?

All of the boards are made with birch plywood. We paint the boards and the ditches, then they get a coating (varnish or resin) to make them durable and last longer.
We are also using textile leather for our Crokinole boards, this is not real leather but we made sure to choose it according to durability. Each leather has a durability indicator (Martindale) of  300.000. Also, they are waterproof and UV-resistant.

What are the actual sizes of the games?

How much is the delivery? Where are you shipping? How long is the delivery time?

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and the destination country*. Our delivery partner is DHL  Services.
If a game is in stock you can expect the package to arrive in the following 3-7 workdays.

*Prices are standard sale prices. In case of ordering from outside the EU, additional VAT and duty charges may be applied according to the destination country’s local tax regulations.

How can I order an Exclusive Board with my own design?

If you want a truly unique Crokinole board, all you have to do is choose your ditch color and place the board in your cart. You can send it to us via E-mail.
This image should be approximately 4000 x 4000 pixels.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you back a visual design for approval and if it meets your requirements, we can start production. Production usually takes 5-6 weeks.

What makes it exclusive?
The printed board you order will only be made in one copy! No one else can ever order the same image again.

How can I pay?

What guarantees do I get?

Many of our pre-assembled sets come with guarantees as standard, and not just any guarantees! To make sure your Woodestic board is genuine, check the back of the board and look for the unique serial number stamp (# XX1234). This number is paired with the order number, name and shipping date. So if you need help from us, just reference this number when you contact us.

“30-day trial” guarantee

You usually have a 15-day right to cancel if you are disappointed with your game for any reason (this has never happened before). But we have decided to extend this period to 30 calendar days. So you’ll basically have a month to test the game without risk.

If, under any unfortunate circumstances, you don’t find the game satisfactory, we’ll give you your money back. All we need is for you to return the complete set to us in the original box with the products you received.

“97 year lifetime” guarantee

Yes, you read it right! Our games are so durable that they can last up to a hundred years if used as intended. That means if a manufacturing defect means you can’t enjoy your game for 97 years after purchase, we’ll repair or replace your board under guarantee and free of charge! Send us your game and leave the rest to us!

“Vanish scratches” guarantee

Microscopic scratches are inevitable to appear on the playing surface. After several years and thousands of gameplays these scratches may become esthetically annoying. But we have a solution for you. Choose our scratch removing one-time service (in some packs this option is included) to furbish your board. If you have not purchased this service when you ordered your set, or it is not included in the set, you can order it any time or contact us in e-mail for further details.

“Tired of this color” guarantee

Are you bored with the color you have ordered previously? With this guarantee you can choose any other color once. You can even ask us to replace your disc sets as well.
