Meet the Woodestic team
Founder of Woodestic
Peter has a passion for board games that goes beyond just playing them. He enjoys bringing them to life and creating new games from scratch. Even as a child, he and his younger sisters would spend their summer holidays crafting dozens of board games together.
Years later, as an adult, Peter’s love for board games had not diminished. One day, he came across a wooden board game called Crokinole by “chance” and was blown away by its brilliance.
“I wish I had thought of it myself” he said, “but either way, I want to share it with people who may not know about Crokinole!”
Co-founder of Woodestic
As you may have guessed, Eniko is Peter’s wife, and they have two children together. Eniko shares Peter’s passion for creating handmade items and enjoys crocheting, sewing, painting, decorating, and more.
“Without a moment’s hesitation, I supported my husband’s idea. Crokinole is also dear to my heart, as I witnessed firsthand the transformation of a simple piece of wood into a stunning board game.”
IT and design
Norbert joined Woodestic as part of an internship and quickly became a full member of the team. With his expertise in IT, he is able to solve any challenge that comes his way. Norbert’s primary areas of responsibility include operating the company’s websites and backend systems, as well as web development for marketing purposes.
Production and tool development
Tibor is primarily responsible for producing wooden games and developing tools for efficiency at Woodestic. He has a passion for working with wood and enjoys creating new things. In a short time, Tibor’s valuable insights and ideas in manufacturing tasks have proven to be incredibly valuable.
Content creation and marketing
Ramona has the profession of a graphic designer and photographer, responsible for creating videos, images, and graphic elements that bring our brand to life. She ensures that the content represents our values and mission and develops creative solutions that promote the awareness of the Woodestic brand.
Communication and marketing
While still in university, she assists in developing communication strategies for engaging with customers and partners. She conducts extensive research to better comprehend their needs and ensure effective outreach. Additionally, she handles social media management duties, delivering our distinctive brand experience across various platforms.
